Take up the slack then simply ratchet both straps down evenly to hold the bike secure.

These allow you to strap to the rear end of the bike without causing damage with the ratchet strap hooks.
They simply pass through grab handles etc and then the ratchet strap connects to them eliminating any contact between the strap hooks and the motorcycle preventing any scratching to the body work
